To connect to our trial demo, use the following username and password..

  • Username = demo
  • Password = demo

Our trial connection will automatically cut you off after 7 minutes.

When you have purchased a plan with British TV Anywhere, your username and password will unlock all speed and time restrictions.

1, Click on Applications and go into the Ubuntu Software Center.

2, Make sure that the Network Manager applet is installed.

3, Make sure that the PPTP VPN Connection Manager is installed.

4, Click on the network icon in the top bar.

5, Add a new VPN and select the type PPTP. Click Create.

6, Edit the parameters of the connection as seen below.

The gateway is one of our server names, the UK VPN server is vpn1018.usaip.eu for the free trial connection.

Use your own username for the username or demo for the trial.

DO NOT FILL OUT THE PASSWORD FIELD HERE! (The Ubuntu password manager may be buggy and you will not be able to use your VPN connection if the password is filled out) 

Click Apply.

7, Click the network icon again and you will see the newly created VPN connection. Click it to connect.

8, Type in your password. DO NOT CLICK THE REMEMBER PASSWORDS CHECKBOX! Click OK.

Use demo for the free trial.

To disconnect. click the network icon again, select the VPN name you wish to disconnect.

After you have connected to one of our servers,

test your IP by visiting this website TAP HERE.

If you have connected successfully to our UK server, you will see either a UK map.
